Is anybody using brake-modded T500RS / TH3PA-PRO pedals in AC?
I've got a conical-style brake mod which means I need to re-calibrate my pedals every time I load PC up (at least that's what the instructions tell me) - but of course there is no calibration option in AC. Furthermore, there's no telemetry screen either, so I can't actually tell when I'm at 100% brake pressure...
I seem to be locking up more in AC than PC (although I'm using factory assists which presumably includes ABS), just wondered if anybody else was having similar thoughts...

I have the Fanatec v3 pedals with load cells and the braking for me seems way off. I have to use ABS on the Z4 otherwise it is lock up city or have a braking point which is basically the previous corner
Not sue why you would need to calibrate in Pcars each time - I didn't when I had the T3Pros on the xbox with the rubber brake mod

Have you tried adjusting the BRF on the wheel? l have the pre-load screw fully out for short movement so hit the load cell quite quick. Around 40/50 for non ABS and 100 for ABS.

In Pcars I am fine as I can change the brake pressure per car but struggle in AC, however I have not put a lot of time into AC

I have a couple of questions. For those using the Thrustmaster and fanatec, 3 pedal base, how likely would you be to recommend this set , based on its functionality across different racing sims?
Also, how good are the h/sequential pattern shifters? Do they drastically improve the racing experience?

Also, how good are the h/sequential pattern shifters? Do they drastically improve the racing experience? In my limited experience and I went from TM 2 pedal base through the TP3pro then to fanatec and in my opinion the fanatec pedals are superb and allow a much better balancing of throttle & brake - however I am always reminded by the times posted by others that it is more than the hardware that makes a quick racer! I also believe( cant prove it) that fanatec stuff is wasted on consoles as they are not fully implemented - eventually I am going to connect my setup to my sons pc and run Pcars just to see the difference I have the shifter but I cannot wire my brain up to use it. When I race I am usually left foot braking and use paddles, however if I try to go to clutch/shifter its a disaster - my brain just cant handle it. I have seen some of the vids of guys using full manual setup and they are amazing as in this video, now I dont know whether it is the setup/positioning/angles etc but I wouldn't mind being slower if I could drive like that
