I use the centered T-cam view (whatever its called). Did my first practice, full tank with the Merc high 28's (corner cutting is rough, I need to learn the circuit).

I posted in the other thread regarding lap times. I had a practice race in the Mercedes offline last week and had a fastest race lap of 1:26.159, but that was with a tow and using DRS. Lap times at the start of the race were 1:30s and 1:29s.

Also, for those of you without a slide ruler and a bachelor's degree, the race time for North America will be 4:30pm. For those in the UK is will still be 8:30pm start time. Thanks to George W. Bush we've switched to daylight savings time already but the rest of the world doesn't follow suit until March 31st.

I still haven't touched the game yet. I'm going to be severely under prepared for this first race. Just can't seem to get myself motivated for anything F1 desire the season just a few days away. Usually chomping at the bit by now. A symptom of the over saturation these days with so many races I think.

Been practicing but honestly having issues as normal, finding it difficult to get cornering correct losing at least 4 seconds a lap on everyone else, full tank giving me 1:32.6 , looking forward to the race all the same.. Would love to see more in the grid so I’m not too alone at the back for too long haha.. |
