We’re going to run an Indy test at Indianapolis Motor Speedway after the TCR races, as a result of that I’m hoping to start an hour earlier at 8pm UK time so we can get some valuable Oval track time

In merc no19 we starting at 8? Yep, so we can do an Indycar test afterwards Just spotted this.. this should really have been highlighted in the Indycar thread so anyone not part of this series can be notified about the testing. Roughly what time is the test likely to start? I've put a post up in the Indycar chat and will try to message whoever I can but it might be a bit late notice now.

I completely forgot to post it there Pete, so apologies for that. I reckon we’ll in a position to start the Indy test at around 10pm give or take.

Who within this TCR event is taking part in the indy Testing post this evening finale race...?
8pm may be a struggle for me too, as i was totally unaware this was happening....
Cant we revert back to the usual time frame and those who are interested in indy testing stay on a little later if not another day...
Ill do my best but no promises.

It is important that people check back on the forum regularly to keep tabs on what is going on. But the earlier start time was clearly noted in the original post.

Great season everyone!! Echoing the words of Dave it has been an honor to race with you all.🏆
Although i'm not ready for it, i'm looking forward to Indycar, both vintage and modern and hope to see all of you there. I've been quite busy lately with the final episode of this series and family so I didn't feel like any tonight.

Gents,
What a season it’s been, we’ve had shunts, action, and more importantly we’ve made some new friends.
This season has had everything that a ‘real’ Touring Car Championship should have and I’ve enjoyed taking part in a series with very high standards of not only driving but in the professionalism that each of you has brought to the championship.
We have a very deserving champion who dominated from the 1st race to the last lap last night and our Touring Car specialists have improved the rest of the grid by setting incredibly high standards.
Hopefully some of you ‘Shopping Trolley’ racers will challenge yourself to take part in our other leagues where you will be very welcome.
Well done to Tommy and Dan for securing the runners up spots in the championship and also to Pete and Rich for help me to organise and run the league, I couldn’t do it without you boys.
Lastly thanks for all your support in this Championship, we’ve had no less than 10 drivers for each event which shows how strong this forum and League is becoming.
All the best.
Dave
