Hi peter Am back at work and ready to race sat. Was looking through table And just checking Qualifying and race results for My total points Silverstone Q 1st but did get pit lane penalty put back to second so I take it Sean gets this point as he was next fastest and he has been given 👍🏻 Race 1st 25points Spa Qualifying Pole 1 point Race 3rd 15 points this was due to Stu having time penalty so Stu was 4th 12 points Also I see that Stu has been given a pole point My total points should be 41 I think 😀

I didn't look that close, but indefinitely didn't take pole at Silverstone. Did have the curse of stating from there in the race, though. Ha
All those look correct, Neale. It would need adjustment of the team points, too.

Not sure whether you still get the point in those circumstances. As for Stu i'll reverse the positions but probably not until Monday when I'm back at work 👍

Neale got pole at Silverstone and Spa.
CP got the fastest lap in both of those races.
We will just have to pay closer attention when the 1st qualifier gets a starting grid penalty and that should help clean it up in the future.

Let me know if I can gather all the screen caps and whatever else you need for this. I don't think we had a thing funky with pole penalties the last couple races, so it should be pretty straightforward forward

I've got all the data needed. Just haven't had the time at work to put it all together this past couple of weeks. I'll see what I can do today/tomorrow.

Hi Peter, Do i get a cheeky one point for finishing 10th at Watkins? I have got to look into this Micko which is why i've listed them as provisional. In F1 DNF's score half points of the position they finished if 75% of the race distance is completed but I haven't seen this rule for WEC so will look into it. EDIT: I've dug into it a bit and it seems that for WEC you only have to cover 70% of the distance completed by the winning car so that would be 34.3 laps and your 36 laps completed covers that. just need to clarify whether this should also count under a DSQ as opposed to a DNF though.

Pete, I know you don't have a lot of time so looked up the rules and it says 70%...extract from 2019-2020 below. I did 36 Laps or 73%. Link www.fiawec.com/en/regulations/31CONDITIONS FOR CLASSIFICATION
The car placed first is the one that covered the greatest distance up to the showing of the chequered flag (the position of the cars on the starting grid is not taken into account).
To be classified, a car must:
a) Cross the finish line on the race track when the chequered flag is shown, except in a case of force majeure at the Stewards’ discretion. It is prohibited to stop on the race track pending the showing of the chequered flag;
b) Have covered at least 70% of the distance covered by the car classified in first place in the overall classification.
c) The official number of laps will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
