I don’t understand why I am being told I have to start from pit lane I have check the rules and nowhere does it say non qualifying drivers will start from pit lane . So can someone please explain ☹️ Because you couldn’t qualify mate, so yourself, Stu, Paulo and Owain will all start from the pits, you’ll all peel off the formation lap at the pit entrance and start from the pit exit when the last car has past, ok?

Hi Dave Can you please show me this rule from the beginning of this league. There’s no official rule mate, but as you know there’s no qualifying on the night so we agreed that people who couldn’t post a Quali time would start from the pits

Is there an alternate who can step in on my corvette again this week. Haven’t been on for sometime - might be good to bring one if the others into my place and change me to an alternate.

It's a tough spot for me because we are teammates. For those that didn't qualify, this was the deal at the last Le Mans as well as Bathurst and we thought it was understood. So on one hand, it wasn't explicit in the rules. On the other hand, it isn't fair to those that did post their qualifying times. I'm trying my best to be Switzerland, but I can see both sides of it. At the bare minimum, it is a 2.5 Hour race and the last Le Mans winner pitted on the 2nd lap. Anything can and will happen. Keep ur head up, bruv

We don't always remember to include things like that in the rules but will add it going forward. You have to remember myself and Dave have to fit all this in between full time jobs and family so sometimes we miss the odd thing here and there. But tbh I thought it was obvious as plenty of races have non-qualifiers starting from the pit lane and there has to be some kind of penalty for not qualifying. You were a bit more unfortunate insofar as you were unwell but just one of those things. Like Sean said it's really no biggie as the race is so long and what happens off the grid is unlikely to be the deciding factor in the race.

I haven't had an update in forever (knock on wood). You can set it to do it when you shutdown or are offline I think. Something along those lines, but definitely weird that they keep hitting you.

The weird things is they are always the same size so I think there's something strange going on there.

One of those 10 gig deals? Make sure you have it set for auto update when you shut down. It is something along those lines in the general settings.
Or maybe it is wiping the updates for some reason and you have to reinstall them?

I think it's something to do with a glitch in the HDD. It could be how much space is left, clearing the system cache is supposed to be the fix but that's not correct. Some games, everytime i'd play them they needed an update, Rainbow Six Vegas was one of those games. Why the system itself requires updates so frequently for some is very odd indeed.

I never get a message to say it has failed but the last 3 times it's been the same size update. One of those 10 gig deals? Make sure you have it set for auto update when you shut down. I have plenty of room on my HDD but i'll have a look at clearing the system cache but it always worries me that this will cause problems with saves, etc.
