I had a DNF at CotA Pete, it was my lost connection from lobby DNF. I should only have 8pts. after CotA and 20 total after the Texas results are up

Round 3- Texas Motor Speedway- Saturday, June 20th 2020Apologies for the time taken to get this one up here. Majorly busy period for me with work right now and it's just not been possible to squeeze this in. Slight adjustment to the provisional Constructors result I posted previously as I neglected to take account and my nabbing fastest lap and Wayne being part of Andretti Autosport. Damn three car teams are going to be the bane of mine and Karls season I will try to get Long Beach up before the end of the week .Indycar Rnd 3 Result.JPG (136.64 KB) Indycar Rnd 3 Tables.JPG (116.84 KB)

Round 4 - Long Beach - Saturday, July 4th 2020Liam with 2 victories and a second place in the last 3 races see's him pull ahead in the drivers championship race while Karl's recovery drive here see's him remain in a strong position and ready to challenge if Liam slips up. My non-finishes in the last two races see's Dan move ahead into third place with Adam and Tyler fighting hard in equal 5th place. The constructors see's Schmidt Peterson relinquish their hold on the top spot for the first time, three DNF's in the last two races and the lack of a third car has left the way clear for Andretti Autosport to take the top slot with strong races in the last two rounds. Chip Ganassi are hanging in there but their lack of bonus points is costing them at the moment. All looking good for a very close constructors battle. Just noticed I have 2 points for CotA but I should be a DNS. Same here except mine should be Disconnect or DSC. Let's just say DNF I think you'll still get a point Tyler. Pretty sure we decided that anyone finishing 75% of a race will get half the points they would have got based on their finishing position and you finished 10th so would have got 2 points. I'll have a conflab with Dave about it

Round 5 - Indy Road Course- Saturday, July 18th 2020Things get a bit tighter after the excitement at Indy at the weekend. Karl's victory see's him close the gap to Liam although the bonus points for pole and fastest lap mean it's only a 3 point change. The battle for third place though is really hotting up with Dave closing in with his second place and Adam with his podium spot meaning that only 15 points split positions 3 to 6. Peter and Dan continue to slug it out in what could be a great fight over the remainder of the season The constructors see's Schmidt Peterson back in top spot by just three points over Andretti and extending the gap to Ganassi by a further nine points. Those bonus points really look like they are going to be crucial this season and currently they are mainly being shared between the top two teams. It's going to be an exciting constructors battle it seems. Indycar Rnd 5 Result.JPG (125.59 KB) Indycar Rnd 5 Tables A.JPG (91.95 KB) Indycar Rnd 5 Tables B.JPG (49.93 KB) [/font]

A great battle between Karl and Liam for the whole season and credit to them both for bringing it right down to the wire. Commiserations to Liam for losing out at the death but a great season nonetheless and incredible pace at every race. Terrific season from Dan too, i've enjoyed my battles with you throughout and a well deserved 3rd place. CONSTRUCTORS FINAL STANDINGS Schmidt Petersen (306) 349Ganassi (326) 340 Andretti (300) 333 This one couldn't have been much closer with Schmidt Petersen needing successive 1-2's at Daytona and Laguna Seca to secure enough points to snatch the crown from Chip Ganassi who held a 45 point advantage after round 10 at Sonoma following Tyler's victory there. But with just 16 points between the three teams it really couldn't have been a better battle and certainly gave the season an extra edge and something to play for. Hopefully next season there well be more teams to join the fray.

What an amazing finale gutting we couldn’t secure the result we needed to keep The constructors but overall the season both Karl and Pete have we so Consistent and there experience has really shown.
The race itself Was mad tonight went from third to First the run wide and ended in the gravel and went to Last got backup To forth had a crash with pat and ended last again. Back out and uk to 5 then spun and crashed it was mental. After 6 pit stops double the top three I drove like a maniac and got fourth.
Liam just pipped me for Fastest lap By a few tenths the car and speed was crazy good tonight it just wasn’t meant to be.
Next season I’ll throw away my L plates and with this seasons experiance I’ll be coming after those lawn mowers harder
