hello guys, I just signed up for the Indy Championship. I would like to know if some driving aid is allowed. I ask you this because I'm a rookie and I just want to have some fun with you. One more thing. What time does Saturday start? Thank you! CIAO!

Unfortunately we do not race with any type of assist in this championship but as the season does not start until late May you have plenty of time to adjust to this and we are always happy to help i any way we can to assist you in making that jump to no assist racing. The races start at 9pm UK time.

Cheers Dave thanks for the invitation, but today I prefer not to enter the test session. I have to do training alone, I still have to understand many things and as soon as I'm a better man, I'll join you. I however am always tuned to the forum and I follow you every day for news. in the meantime I'll add your GAMETARG! thank you again for the invitation! See you soon! CIAO! Fabio

I'm thinking about joining you guys this afternoon (I think 9am US central my time). I'm not sure how long i'll stick around but love these cars and i'd be glad to help with anything I can.
It would be cool to work on some wheel to wheel driving and for newer drivers we could work on racing lines

If you still want to sign up you are more than welcome. just select one of the available cars and you're in. As I keep saying despite the high numbers at this point there will always likely be spots open on the grid. EDIT: Ignore me i've just checked and you id it already this morning

I'm going to start training these quarantine days, and I wanted to know this information. last thing. Hey guys, I've been doing some testing and (attempting) tuning. I'm working on Sonoma right now because I know that is going to be a weak track for me. The car feels solid around the track except for turns two and four, the first two right handers. More so on turn two than four, the car just randomly decides to come around on me and spin. I'v watched telemetry, I'm not bottoming out, I'm not riding the bump stop, I've got good heat and pressure in the tires, so I've got no clue what's causing it. I'll put the tune underneath this. Any help is appreciated. Read my tune numbers as front left corner, front right corner, rear left corner, rear right corner. If my tuning chart makes no sense I apologize. I'm posting this at 6 in the morning on absolutely shit for sleep.

Hi, those 2 corners are very tricky. Are you getting turn in oversteer or corner exit oversteer? Try softening the RARB and/or put more negative camber on the rear axle.
Let me know if that’s helpful.
Cheers
Dave

Actually, it's on neither entry or exit, it's at corner apex.

Actually, it's on neither entry or exit, it's at corner apex. In that case you’ll need to stiffen the RARB, stiffen the rear Bump on the dampers or stiffen the rear springs. What sort of laptime are you getting around Sonoma? Hope that helps 😎 Cheers Dave

Wow, I meant to respond to this but then I got swept up in other shit and forgot. I can't remember what times I hit. I've been practicing on willow springs recently trying to figure out a tune. It's going to be a tricky one. I can't find anything that says the specific race conditions so I'm just going late day on thee actual day of the event, and I can't be on track for more than two or three laps before that front left tire is melted. Once that happens, the front right isn't far away. And if you try to use the alternate tire, good luck. That track is like sandpaper on the tires.

Alternates are ok for me but we have to use both compounds anyway.
