It looks correct to me Robert except the date should be the 20th of July, 1963 (it will glitch to 1970 so you can just set it to 1970).

I've adjusted my setup tonight slightly and putting in average laps of 1:42s with a best of 1:41.17. I'm still getting some nasty oversteer at times though especially at Stowe. I'm really iching for some racing with you guys and ready for action!
I'm also keeping very aware of my wheel and making sure to push it in sometimes on the straights so it doesn't come off again.

I had another test last night, this time in an online race with 85/40 AI. I forgot to change the time of the quali so it was held at midnight lol. I didn't set a time in the darkness but the AI were setting their usual times with a best of 1:40.3. Must have been eating their carrots I guess I only was able to do just over a dozen laps of the race but had made good progress from the back of the grid with a best lap of 1:39.9 and others in the 1:40\41's. One thing that was very apparent though was the very different feel of things online compared to offline. Hard to explain fully but it's like there is a kind of disconnect between the car and the road, almost a glass like feel with the car feeling very slippy and light compared to when I am offline. I was still able to set decent times last night but there was not the same feel of what the car was doing. Anyone else find this difference when online?

Didn't even change the gearing. The car is a bit of a handful and i had a few moments last night that cost me a lot of time (one found me spinning on the grass for over 20 seconds...lol). I think if I can stay incident free i can almost keep up with you guys at the front. Had a fastest lap of 1:39.7, but couldn't finish a race. Had to restart several times due to lost wheels..... I'm sure if i could make the car more stable it would be better, but i've just got no time to work on it.

Same here on the setup Karl, I think the only thing I altered was a slight stiffening of the suspension to remove some of the roll I was getting here. I am still finding that driving and getting used to the car and best lines around each track is the most important thing.

Either it corrects itself or I get used to it during sessions. The last time it was really noticeable for me was back at CotA in the IndyCar stuff but it seemed to fix itself during the session. I wanna say I had a slight problem with Monaco too but I don't really remember. Maybe I usually don't notice because I take it a little easier on race days because of a reminder from our good friend, Mr. Tortoise!

I hope everything is ok Pete, we miss ya and you missed a couple of great races...
Speaking of, that was another great time! I can't figure out how you guys were able to keep it clean for so long while keeping such incredible pace. What did you have your radiators opened to? Mine was 60% open and I had about 10-12% engine damage by the end with the oil & water temps running very hot the entire race.
That really sucks about Peter and Robert's spins, though if not for them I probably wouldn't have finished where I did. Maybe we could give out participation points (everyone would get them plus their finishing points)? I feel kinda bad when someone retires during a race they probably put in hard work for. I guess that's the challenge of this and I personally wouldn't want points I didn't earn, but then again I don't want it to feel like a waste of time. What are your thoughts on this matter?
Anyways, well done Greg, that was an incredible drive! I couldn't believe Karl spun out at Club on the last couple of laps, thank you very much heheheeeee!!!
EDIT: Almost forgot to give out many thanks to Robert for setting up our lobbies and for having a flawless internet! We'll have to test out the license rank thing and see if it will still give us penalties for speeding in the pits. If not, I don't really see any reason for keeping it off (except for retirees that want to watch the race from the side of the track which doesn't really matter).

Good race last night fella's. Had a lot of fun despite my slip-ups.
Had the pace for this one but too many mistakes at the wrong time.. only spun it twice in two races offline and then went and did it three times in the first 15 laps doh!! Still, it was all fun and I much prefer having my own little errors effect my races than other things that I am not in control of.
Quali was a bit messy, Did 9 laps straight off with no pitting in between as I have found that to be the best way in this car. Just build up gradually and the times tumble and pole at Rouen and here have come as a result. I did 9 laps with the 6th one being my best at 1:39.741 but after that I kept making little errors as I tried to push that little bit extra. The offline\online difference catching me out several times.
Race start was pretty decent and got through turn 1 fairly comfortably. Greg was on my tail though and on lap 2 had a better run out of Club and managed ot get past down the long straight. I didn’t fight too much as it was too early to take chances, especially into that Woodcote chicane where slightly late on the brakes can have bad results. Rob was close behind and it stayed that way for the first 3 laps until Rob had his moment and lost touch leaving Karl in pursuit of me with Tyler a few seconds adrift of him after a little incident around lap 5 or 6. Greg pulled a gap of 3.5 seconds over the first 5 laps but then I closed it down to 1.5 with Karl just a second back on lap 10 at which point I made my first mistake with the backend sliding round on me on the exit of Club and Karl and Tyler went past and I lost 10 seconds that laps and then two laps later trying to push to make uhp the gap I was too eager on the throttle out of Copse and half spun to the inside losing another 10 seconds.
With a 13 second gap to Tyler at this point I just got my head down and for the next ten laps put in some really consistent times, closing down to Tyler until the gap was just under 4 seconds only to then push that little bit too much into Stowe and go too deep but just managed to avoid a spin but still lost about 5 seconds. Decided to pit on lap 23 but lost too much time due to the pit limiter and by the time I came out just under a minute down on Greg. Once the pit stops had played out the gap had grown and the rest of the race was really just me racing the clock and trying to push and set fast laps which led to little mistakes but was fun regardless.
Not the result I had hoped for so disappointing in that respect but the enjoyment was there which is the main reason I race. Great winning drive Greg, an hour in this car with no mistakes takes some doing and was too much for everyone last night. Next race will be a very different affair no doubt and just getting to the chequered will be a feat in itself.

Well that was awesome. I literally don't think I've ever driven that long with zero mistakes. Quali time was pretty much what I had expected from my practice, but was a bit surprised to be on the front row. After a few minutes behind Peter I got a good run into Woodcut and passed for the lead which extended to about 5 seconds over a few laps before Peters pace was better than mine and he began to close the gap. After he spun, Karl was 2nd and we had an ebb and flow of good laps, the gap going from 3 to 5 seconds and back to 3, but pretty much running equal laps. I pit with 10 laps left feeling confident I wasn't going to need any damage repair for the rest of the race. This pit lane is so damn tricky, entry in 3rd, first turn in 2nd and that last twisty bit in 1st. I almost hit the outside wall on entry because I was pushing but had a good quick stop and due to Karl having automatic pit limiter extended my gap to about 12 seconds. The last 9 laps I was nervous as hell, sweating my ass off, just keeping focused and clean. Karl's spin at the end gave Tyler 2nd place which keeps him 3 points up on me for the championship. REALLY looking forward to the Nurburgring!

Good race last night. Solid Quali session considering i came straight from work and only had a little practice the night before. Race was fun. Really had a great set of laps close behind Peter. He didn't flinch though. It's hard to throw him off with simple pressure. I did learn i really need to set my pit speed limit button though. Lost 8 second at the stop because i don't have it set. In the end that cost me 2nd place. Ah well, live and learn. Great race from Greg. Every time i would gain a little he would eek out a little in return.

That middle spell of the race was really so evenly matched. I was putting in some decent laps times but even so for half a dozen laps it seemed that the gaps remained static lol. Great driving in a very tricky car.
Karl I could feel you breathing down my neck for several laps lol ironically I lost it at the point I was feeling most comfortable having closed the gap down to Greg and kept you behind me when you were under a second behind. I can only assume I was a fraction early on the throttle out of the corner and that was enough to lose the grip and send me towards the inside. Just too much for the getting off throttle to correct it.
I need to remember in practice to not set the pit limiter.. it was an automatic reaction to just switch that on when I came in :/

Not sure if I will make the next race. A little thing called Florence is planning a visit to my area. Not a direct hit, but a bunch of wind and rain. Local flooding for sure. I should have an idea Sunday/Monday depending if I have power or not and if I don’t float away.
