Mine is about the same Greg. But when I did the measurement as to how far my eyes are from the screen the FOV calculator have a suggested FOV of 37 degrees. That seemed a bit too narrow though so i've moved it up to the 54 that Sean suggested. I'll try your suggestion next. I think it was originally on about 90.

82!! How far do you sit from your screen? It suggests FOV of 37 for me!! Somewhere around a little less than about 2 feet away with a 65" screen. I've done all I could to get as close as possible, my pedals are a few feet behind my TV and my legs have just enough room under the screen.

Wish I could get mine closer, but I cant get my pedals/rig under my TV since it's on a stand. So eventhough it's 82", I'm still at 53 recommended FOV or so.

Have you creatively looked at ways to get your screen closer where it is above your pedals? An extra 6 inches can make a world of difference. (That's what she said)lol

I bought a TV stand made by and for my Next Level Racing cockpit that mounts onto it. It's very sturdy to this day by my suprise. 65" is luckily the max size TV it can hold or three 32" tvs. I wish I could copy and paste my rig to you guys because I absolutely love it and highly recommend the Next Level Racing F-GT cockpit. It's not to be confused with the first release version of itself called the F1-GT which I heard didn't come with enough washers to keep itself stable...

I’m hoping to get the same TV mount Tyler, I can see you’d recommend it

lol - this rig talk made me think of a league member we used to have back in the RaceDepartment league days. He used to sit on his couch and race. His wheel was mounted to an ironing board.

We did something similar in Gran Turismo A Spec with a picnic table and two wheels and pedals. 2 man team endurance and would switch drivers during pits.
