I'm planning on getting some Indycar - Road America practice in. I was initially going to be away, but i'm trying to talk my wife into leaving late Saturday night instead of early Saturday morning.

We could always do a Road America practice if people want.. We're all racing that as well but I'm happy to do whatever. Just want to get some time on track as its been severely lacking over the past 5 weeks.

Thanks for the session guys, would have liked to stay longer but was on from just before 10 and it's stonking hot over here at the moment so desperately needed a drink before hitting the sack for the night. Good to get some time on track though and feeling a bit happier with the car now. Just need a bit more confidence in pushing the car a bit harder and some more testing for fuel and tyre deg over the race distance and pit strategy.

Quick question.. has anyone come across a setup template sheet for use in pCars 2? I did a quick search just now and it doesn't seem to bring anything up. I just want a simple sheet with the setup parameters laid out in a nice order in line with the game for jotting things down easily.
If no one knows of one I will simply knock one up myself but thought I would check first.
Cheers

Yeah I did look at that when I was searching mate. I'd appreciate it if you could let me have access ( see what I did there lol) to that as I have Microsoft Access at work so will be able to use it perfectly well. I used to work on Access many years ago.

XRF HammerPH I will look at uploading it to this site (probably on Thursday due to work and the race tonight). If I can't upload it, then I can email it. The file size is pretty low.

Just a thought regarding these Vintage races going forward.... I am finding the weekly schedule to be a bit too much personally, taking part in the Vintage, Indycar and Formula 1 leagues makes getting adequate practice in pretty much impossible and leaves no time for anything else on the gaming front which is another reason i've considered the possibly of scaling back recently.
Of course if the majority have a preference for the weekly schedule to remain once the next series starts then that's how it should be but I just thought I would put it out there to gather some thoughts on it.

I could see moving the races to every other week, it is almost a bit too much. Especially because i've been itching to play other types of games myself. I just don't want to be mid way through one of our seasons and all of a sudden, Project Cars 3 or Finished the Project, Cars 1 comes out and everyone moves to the next best game or console. We are currently only on the first and earliest of what could be 6 or 7 seasons of F1 through Time! You're right though Peter about the fragile stability of the onlinge aspect of the game, is it worth all of this hassle?

I think we are a long way off a Project Cars 3 tbh... and we would simply continue to the end of whatever season we were on using pCars2 before moving onto the next one in the new game. We will have plenty of advance warning about the next games release though and it would be no problem to schedule the seasons to incorporate that when the time comes.

What's everyone else's thoughts on moving the schedule down to a bi weekly basis?

I am indifferent about it. I will support whichever schedule is decided on. My only desire is to keep the league running with the maximum participation possible.

I have changed the calendar to bi weekly events after this Wednesday. So the British GP is still on for this week but we'll have 2 weeks to practice for the GreenHell and every race after that! I might not make it to the Le-Mans GP though as it's my daughter's 4th birthday, just a heads up.

Cheers Tyler, I think it's the best option giving more time to everyone to prepare for each race.
