Ugh!! Thought i'd sorted the brake issue out but it's happened again tonight so looks like a long rest from racing for me 😔

But bright side is you can pull up a chair and work on your David Croft impression in the meantime 😉 |

But bright side is you can pull up a chair and work on your David Croft impression in the meantime 😉 I'll put aside the four wheelers until I can get a replacement set of pedals and concentrate on the bikes for a while. Been wanting to get back to them recently but not at the expense of the cars. It's a shame that the spectator mode in both F1 and pCars does not have an option to automatically switch between the different cars on track as I could have joined the lobbies and left that running to capture the racing if it did. |

Peter, Sorry to hear that. I had the same thing happen to mine when I got on earlier. I rebooted twice and recalibrated all to no change. Fortunately I had my spare pedals and they were working good. Just hope they work for the race tomorrow.

Did some TT earlier for sighting laps. Was running mid 11s was very surprised to say the least. Switched over to online and couldn't break into the 11s but the new engineer Comrade Dyatlov says the car should run.

It would be frustrating enough not being able to race let alone sitting there for two hours watching everyone else lol |

Use a controller Peter Depends what carnage you want to see around you lol. I can manage using the pad for bikes without assists but when it comes to cars it's a different kettle of fish!! I opened it up again yesterday and removed the spring and it seemed to be ok with the short test I was able to give it so i'm going to test it out later today and if it's behaving will jump on and see how it goes. But if a disappear without word at any point you'll know it's gone screwy again. I've not been able to get anything together here though due to this problem so if you are behind me at any point beware that i'm struggling massively to keep the rear behind me on the exits so am prone to go spearing off to the inside at any point. |

Problems back so i've set a big deadzone to try to compensate but even that's not enough some of the time and i'm basically running with my brake partially depressed. If you see me locking up on corner exit you'll know why!! Also, if you see my car running under the AI banner it's because I'm recalibrating my pedals which can help for a while. I'll start and see how it's going for a while but if it's too bad i'll pit and retire as I don't want to risk causing anyone any problems as it's a real pita trying to work out where the brake will bite for each corner as it can be different each lap depending on how much the brake is spiking.
