How did Saturdays practice go? Anything to note with it being the 2020 date instead of the 2018 we had previously been running? We’re the times any different. It looks like I’m not going to be able to race again this weekend either. My back is still a problem but the shoulder has now become a bigger one and I can only manage short runs before I have to take a break to rest it. With only five weeks to the first race I’m concerned that this will now be a problem for that🤔😏 That sucks Pete, hopefully at least you are feeling better than last week, I should be around at the usual time boys, in case you can make a few laps. Answering to your question Pete, Wayne and I felt some differences with the 2020 track, same setup that has been working as a charm in the last two practices (with the 2018 track) didn´t felt as nice, lap times were around the 2.04s instead of the 2.03 or mid 2.02s that were usual before. Tyre pressures have to be adjusted for the new surface we concluded, Looking forward to have a good long practice the 4 of us with the full updated conditions.

[Not great and the shoulder has flared up worse now. First physio for that on Friday so likely to be an uncomfortable couple of days to come. At most I can manage 20-30 minutes on the wheel but have to have the ffb low otherwise it becomes unmanageable so long stints are looking not possible for a while. I haven't actually been back on ACC as a result of these problems since the end of October 😏

Still unable to race anything other than short sessions at the moment. I’ll see how things go over the next week to ten days and then will have to decide whether to pull out.

Morning all, I'm hoping to have my new wheel base delivered this week. After a lot of back and forth with TM, they finally agreed to send me a new replacement unit. Hoping it arrives this week.
I'll get into ACC as soon as I have it all dialed in.

Hope you feel better soon mate. After we did Imola in PC2, I then built my rig pretty much just afterwards that race. For the next day I couldn't move as I pulled my back so I know the feeling well. Take care.

Hopefully you can recover in the next couple of days Peter, looking forward to have a final good all around test. Wayne and I did a couple of races last Saturday, from what we have seen Silverstone 2020 has probably a revamped tarmac which makes the track slower. We were both running in the previous tests with the 2018 track on consistents 2.02 or mid 2.01s. Now with the new date we are running mid 2.03s. Wayne still has a bit more pace in hand when he puts the hammer down (around 2-3 tenths), however we have some great wheel to wheel racing in Race 2. If we have half of that kind of that clean awesome racing on the league we are on for a lot of fun. We have concluded to go with the Ferrari GT3 (the one on the basic DLC). It may not be the quickest on the straights but it seems overall the best car handling-wise. Wayne has not been looking the forum lately so any announcement or practice invite we have I`ll try and repost it con the FB group. Cheers

The setup of dreams is back!!!! Great news Rich! Looking forward to have some testing before the big one, those times are a good baseline TBH, what kind of game-mode are you using? It`s a nice detail to see many laps and sector times.

Once the race is done, you're able to get into the Results menu by looking at the timings screen. Had two good races and SR upto 65.

It`s a nice detail to see many laps and sector times. Pretty sure you can get that in single player race mode too. Just click your name in the timings screen and it opens up showing all your laps. You can do that for any driver in the race.

Those times are around about where we all are.. well that's where I was when I was able to race!! I'm pretty sure I would need a session or two to get back there now though.
