I've raced at the full Ruapuna GP in pCars1 and it's a great circuit. I think you're right and we should do what F1 would have done and go with the long circuit.

I don't think we can realistically go without the chicane at Monaco as it has kerbs in the way if my memory serves me right. I'm getting on shortly so will have a quick look.

Are we all good to have our first test session (same time for now) on Wednesday?
I was thinking of trying out the tracks we know work good and see how much abuse the game can take with weather and adding AI to see how many cars we could run total (turned off for the real season still). We could do 10 min practicing, then 5-10 lap test races

I checked out Monaco and you are correct we can just drive through the Nouvelle chicane, there are no kerbs so we are good to go with that layout. It does mean we can't use penalties or AI though.

I am available for testing tomorrow, however (just message me and let me know).
I will not be available for the next 2 weeks (vacation). I will be available for Wednesday the 11th.
Regarding race start time, I can support the move 1-2 hours either side of what we ran. I am EST time. If I had my choice of times, it would be 7am EST on Saturday or Sunday (no distractions as everyone is still asleep).

Test went great ! We tested out Monaco and nobody had any FFB issues even in a thunderstorm, but it was only Karl, Pete, and me, so 3 of us. Also, Pete kept losing connection when I was host, but everything was fine when Karl was host so we'll have to make sure i'm not host lol. I have a wired connection, make sure the only things connected to the router by my gaming room (I have 2 routers because of the L shaped house we live in) are my Xbox, and my dashboard app, have an OPEN Nat type, but have crappy routers even though they're 5G. The engine can overheat easily if you redline too much! NICE! First 5 lap race we did and I got a blown engine, WOOHOO!! No 'no damage' bugg! AWESOME!!! Pete also found out you can get flat tyres! CARNAGE!!!! Next test, we'll need as many people as possible for the same thing; maybe even get randoms or one offs if we have to. If the test passes, we should immediately check out the Nordschleife and see what it can handle, followed by Rouen. Those were the troublesome big little bastards, but it wouldn't feel right without the addition of them...

I've been reading the discussion about the no damage bugg at the Pcars forum and I have to say a lot more makes sense now.
I could red line the 49 forever and that engine would still come out brand new. I thought it was just a glitch of where the actual red line is on my dashboard app but that's far from true. With the 1963 Lotus Type 25 Climax, it's possibly the first car i've driven on this game where red lining too much raises the oil+water temps at high levels and can cause a blowout like it should.
Now we need to see if we will feel a loss of power running at longer distances with her and if the engine damage indicator is wear, or a countdown to boom etc.

The engine overheating does happen in other cars as well. My test on that thread was in the Indycar and redlining caused engine overheating which was what raised the damage level. But there was no loss of power or performance right up to the 99% mark and then at 100% the engine blew. The general consensus is that the engine damage indicator is just to show progression of when the engine will blow so you can happily run it all the way to 100% before it blows. I set my fastest lap at 99% engine damge!!
Even the 49 will show the same behaviour and blow at 100% damage but with no loss of performance before that. Of course the engines back in the 60's were far less robust than those we have nowadays so they reach that 'blowout' level much quicker than the modern cars.
I still feel that it is incorrect that you can have an engine at 99% damage and have no performance loss at all so I hope the devs do look into it now that it has been highlighted and proved.
